All our Pastas are “shaped” by trafile in bronzo “bronze die” and slowly dried. We adopt a long drying process that can vary between 12 and 18 hours, low temperatures, from a minimum of 40°C to a maximum of 50°C, in this way we preserve nutritional values and the strength during cooking.

In our opinion food, most of all, is the synthesis of the culture of a Country, the identity of a territory. Our specialties tell this story of love for countryside and attention to the most ancient traditions. Our made in Italy is tradition, quality and innovation.
