La Pasta Artigianale

Our Artisan Pasta is formed by slow extrusion with bronze dies. We adopt procedures of long drying, from 12 to 18 hours at low temperatures. This technique allows us to preserve all the nutritional values of semolina, fundamental for a healthy diet and digestibility of our pasta. The Terre Scelte - Artisan Pasta appears rough, porous, with tenacious consistency, perfect to maintain and enhance the sauce taste and seasoning.
