Taralli e Bruschette

Taralli and bruschetta are specialties made with our, olive oil, salt and pepper. They represent the typical expression of a poor but tasty and nutritious Southern Italy cuisine, and today, as then, these products are used as a snack during the day or snacks to accompany the tasting of a wine with friends. At Terre Scelte, we produce our taralli and our bruschetta in Apulia, in Murge land, closed to Bari; our process involves boiling the raw product from, and then avoured with spices and vegetables of our lands.
